Arthur Freed
Film Producer and Lyricist
Arthur Freed was film producer, best known for his work at the studio MGM. He produced films such as Babes in Arms, Meet Me in St. Louis, Ziegfeld Follies, Annie Get Your Gun, Show Boat, An American in Paris, Singin’ in the Rain, Kismet, and Gigi.
Actress Shirley Temple accused Freed of exposing himself to her in 1940, when she was 12 years old.
