Brian Ellis
Pennsylvania State Representative
Brian Ellis served in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, representing District 11, from 2005 until his resignation in 2019.
In January 2019, a state employee accused Ellis of raping her while she was incapacitated. The alleged victim believed that she had been drugged. In March 2019, Ellis resigned from the PA House of Representatives.
